The service we provide is not based around the typical office working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We operate seven days a week at hours that suit each individual client and their business, for example, a client who runs a shop does not always want an appointment when the shop is open. This diverts their attention away from their customers which should take priority, so we would offer an appointment when the shop is closed. By offering this reliable and flexible service, we keep our clients happy and help them to maximise their business.

Lisa is the owner of the business and has worked in the accounting industry for many years. She is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), she is also an associate member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB). Lisa holds an ICB Practicing Certificate and Professional Indemnity Insurance. Lisa has a Level 3 Diploma in completing self assessments, issued by the ICB, and is also listed on Business Links North East Service Providers Register.
